Hi~ Happy Saturday!!
Just want to pop in really quick to share a card I made Friday night fro two challenges:
MIM#15:Make Your Own Spray Mist and Paper Craft Color Inspiration Challenge#5
I love how Jennifer Ellefson did on the tutorial video. I stamp the Background Basics: Retro, spray the orange pearly mist on card and run it through the Woodgrain Impression Plate. I die cut the leaves from Turning a New Leaves die and die cut the flower from pink felt. Fun~
Enjoy the weekend.

PDCC82. WMSC47, CR84FN28, Card Patterns115
Happy Friday , the weather is so nice this week in Seattle and I try to soak up as much Vitamin D as I can. The sunshine makes all the flowers look so much prettier. Have a good news to share : I am Fab 4 of PDCC81, There is a fun color combo this week and hope you play along.
I have two cards to share today. First is for PDCC82 and WMSC47
(Miss the deadline for few minutes. I thought it closed midnight. bummer)
Here is my card. I want to jump out of my comfort zone and play with some shabby color so I apply Tea Dye distress ink on all the elements, paper, ribbon, rose. Still keep it simple as I always like. What do you think?
I got the inspiration from Jean Martin again to stamp the borders on punch out border. You can see her beautiful creation Here. What a genius idea and I just have to give it a try.
Second card made for CR84FN28 (Color) and Card Patterns Sketch115 (sketch)
Here is my card. I need a birthday card for a sweet little girl. She is a happy kid and always smiling. You can find sunshine through her smile. This weeks CR84FN color is bright and bold, just perfect for her.
I create the bottom pattern using PTI Background Basics: Retro and marker. Sentiment from PTI Tag-Its#1 and flower from Flower Fusion#1. I also die cut a butterfly out of yellow felt from Spellbinder dies.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great weekend.

2 cards for few challenges
Happy Friday, sorry for not posting for so long. The fatigue definitely revisit again. My goal keeps the same that I want to make as many cards as I can before the baby arrives. I put myself together this afternoon to make two cards.
I use the sentiment from Make a Wish set from PTI. I stamp the [Happy] twice on top and the [Birthday] in the bottom.
I die-cut the butterflies 4 time out of a gray pearly pattern paper, stack them and adhere.
Second one id for CR847FN27 using bright pink, gray and cream.
I stamp the doily from Delightful Doilies from PTI in light gray ink. Die cut a Lacey Circle from bright pink cardstock. Also I add the cream lace and ribbon to fit the color combo. Hope you like it.
Have a great weekend.

PDCC79
2nd post today. I have to admit that I was struggle with this week's color combo from PDCC79 : Red, Lime and Grey. Since Hero Arts is the sponsor this week, I just have to play along. I clear my mind and try to go through my storage baskets and hope to find some inspiration. Well, I find my way back to my all time favorite, Clean and simple style. Here is my card.
I use Vine label Emboss folder and flourish die from Life Style Crafts. Flower from CG251 Small Solid Flower set, sentiment from CL129 Anytime Messages both from Hero Arts. I stamp the flower with Barn Door Distress ink, cut out and adhere on embossed card base with foam tape. Oh~ it's so pretty. (I got it at Joann with 40%off coupon.)

WMSC45+Paper Crafts Color Inspiration Challenge#4
Happy Monday, I have a happy news to share. It's a great way to start Monday. I am the winner of Paper Crafts April 2011 Gallery Challenge. You can check out my post Here.
I want to share two cards before I head to make dinner. Both cards are using the color combination from CIC'4 (Paper Crafts Color Inspiration Challenge#4). First card I also use the sketch from WMSC45.
I white emboss the focal image on a metallic gold vellum. The color is soft yet striking. Stamp is K5405 Grape Flourish from Hero Arts. Sentiment is from PTI's Mat Stack 2 set. I also punch out several butterflies from the same gold vellum and glue together with the goldthread tassel. (Thanks Pauline and Julia.)
Gold+White+Pink=Beautiful combination.
Second card I also made for PTI's Make It Monday#13: Impression Plate Tricks#2.
Erin Lincoln is showing a very cool technique to use the Impression plate and PTI's die at the same time. Make sure to check out her video. Let me know which one you like better?

Make It Monday#12:Line Frame101
Quick post before bed, whip up a quick card for PTI's Make It Monday#12:Line Frame101 . Glad I made a card using this technique. Looking forward to tomorrow's new MIM.
I stamped the flower from In Bloom set with Watermark ink and emboss with Warm Lipstick Distress Powder. Draw the line as showed in the video and then stamp the sentiment from Make a Wish set.
Here you can see the embossed texture on the flower. This is a great technique, it adds so much character to the card. I am sure I will use it more and more in the future.
Good night.

Card Patterns Sketch#113, CTD#139
Happy Sunday. We were so lucky to have a Sunny weekend here in Seattle. HD and I had a very productive weekend. He cleaned up all the moss on the roof on Saturday and today not only I soaked up lots of the beautiful sunshine but also we did lots of yard work as well. Happy to have a beautiful yard in spring.
Spent sometime after dinner on my craft room and made this one for 2 challenges Card Patterns Sketch$113and Color Throwdown#139 Sorry for the bad lighting picture because I took this photo after the sun went down.
I die-cut vellum using PTI's Delightful Doilies. I pop off the die-cut Scallop oval with sentiment with foam tape on the label to add dimension. I also clear emboss the flourish on brown cardstock to add extra texture.
