Tuesday trigger: Popsicles

The weather has been really weird and the sun finally comes out. We are doing some gardening today and try to enjoy the late good weather.Do you have weekend plan? Hope you have a nice weekend.

Made two cards for Moxie Fab World Tuesday trigger: Popsicles. There is still time to play and You have until Sunday to link up your creations. Hope you find some time to play along. The color is so vivid and I am inspried how the color blend together.
First one I black emboss the leave and use a mask when I apply Broken china, Mustard seed and Dried Marigold with blending tool. Wow, the color really pop out and pretty. Because the focal imagine is so pretty, I try to keep the card simple to really show it. Embellish with a folded yellow flower and gem. Stamp the sentiment. I am happy with it.
Second one, I die cut the scallop rectangle. White emboss the leave and apply the inks. Then adhere on the card base that I stamp the flourish around the Kraft card base with Watermark ink. They are from the same stamp set and they really make a pretty card.

Both cards are very pretty. Love the colors in the background that remind me of sunrises or sunsets!

I like how you folded the flower -- it looks really pretty and natural that way.
