Made this one for CPS145 . Using Hero Arts Digitalkit Nordic Snowflake . This snowflake set is so pretty. I use brush to add different color and size on the paper and print out an extra to cut out. Sorry for the bad pictures. I hope you can see the glitter on the center snowflake. I use Martha Stewart punch (loop) to create the band.

Wow - this is wonderful. Great choice of icy blues for the snowflakes..the punch border works really well too.
