Card Patterns Sketch60 Caarvarks monochromatic Grey

Made this one for Card Patterns Sketch60 and Caarvarks monochromatic Challenge. I also put this one for OCC-Beautiful Butterfly
I choose Grey.

I make the shinning flower learned on one of Jennifer McGuire's Thinking Inking class on 2Peas, Here.
I don't have a black flower so I just pick one whatever color and ink up really well with black ink. Sprinkle sparkle emboss powder right away and heat it for the first coat . When it's still wet sprinkle UTEE on and heat it again. Repeat 3 times to form a smooth shinning surface.

I cut grey cardstock and run through BigShot using Cuttlebug Distressed Strip Emboss folder and mount on a black cardstock. Cut square and circle using Spellbinders dies. Clear emboss the Earth Flower from Hero Arts and apply Weathered Wood Distress Ink heavy to cover the whole paper. Stamp again using the same ink. Whip the access with baby whip. Stamp Friend definition also from Hero Arts as background.
Assemble and tide the ribbon. Embellished with black flower punched out butterfly and gems.

Supplies:
Stamp:(Friend Definition, Earth Flower)Hero Arts, Ink:(Weathered Wood-Ranger, Midnight black-VersaMagic), Dies: (Circle, Square) Spellbinders, Butterfly punch-Martha Stewart, Distressed Strip Emboss folder-Cuttlebug, Clear and Sparkle EB powder, UTEE,  Ribbon, gems

Nicky this is so elegant! Love the soft shade of blue, the punch of black, the embossing. Wow, what a great card.
