Instructions:

·         Make 4”x4” card base, Die cut scallop square

·         Blend two colors and cover the whole face, splash water, set dry

·         Stamp petals and sentiment, adhere on card front

·         Tie twine and embellishment

·         Cut a strip out pattern paper, stamp sentiment, adhere on card front

·         Stamp bear on felt, cut out, adhere on card front,
